Alexian Brothers Sherbrooke Village Residential Care program provides an atmosphere that promotes the dignity of residents through privacy and independence. Residential Care is for individuals and couples that are not quite ready for Assisted Living. Residential Care is a special combination of residential housing, personalized supportive services and healthcare. Individuals who can no longer live alone, but do not require nursing home care, will find security in the availability of help, when it is needed.

The care provided in our Residential Care program is tailored to the individual needs, for those requiring assistance with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing or help with medications - but not fully Assisted Living help.

Comfortable, Individual Apartments

Residents may provide the furnishings for their apartment such as accessories and favorite furniture. Alexian Brothers Sherbrooke Village offers:

• A comfortable studio or one bedroom apartment
• Activities and group outings
• Assistance with daily living
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Three nutritious meals a day served in our lovely dining room
• Monitoring of medication
• 24-hour nursing services
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy
• Linen service and daily house- keeping

Every apartment includes:

• Wall-to-wall carpeting
• A kitchen with counter-top refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and kitchen cabinetry
• Private bathroom with safety features
• Individual climate control
• Emergency call system

Residents may relax, be with friends or relatives, participate in social activities or have time to enjoy the privacy of their apartment home.
